Privacy Policy
Nivaronix is a solo‑founder, pre‑launch SaaS project. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the safeguards we employ while our service remains in public beta.
The platform provides a suite of free, engineering‑focused tools that assess SSL certificates, DNS records, IP information, password strength, and basic security‑header configuration. The service is offered without a registered company or paid subscription at this stage.
We gather only the data necessary to operate the tools and to communicate with you:
All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encrypted at‑rest storage. Access is limited to the founder and is protected by strong authentication. No passwords, API keys, or other secrets are ever persisted.
We set a single session cookie for the optional chat widget on the public site. The cookie stores a temporary identifier to keep the chat conversation open during a browsing session and expires when the browser is closed. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.
The free‑tools call external public APIs (e.g., DNS over HTTPS, ipinfo.io) solely to retrieve the information needed for the check. Those providers may log the request IP address in accordance with their own privacy policies, which are outside our control.
Input data submitted to a tool (domain, IP, etc.) is discarded immediately after the response is generated. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe from the wait‑list or request deletion.
You may request removal of your email address at any time by emailing privacy@nivaronix.com. We will delete the address from our records promptly.
You may also opt out of any future product‑related emails by using the unsubscribe link provided in each message.
All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS). We follow standard security‑first practices for data handling, but we do not claim compliance with frameworks such as GDPR, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 at this stage.
Because the service is in beta, occasional outages or minor data loss may occur. We encourage you to treat the results as advisory and not rely on them for mission‑critical decisions without independent verification.
The service is not intended for individuals under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "last updated" date below indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise your rights, please reach out via email at privacy@nivaronix.com.
