Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nivaronix website, free‑tool suite, and any future paid services provided by the founder, Pravin Gyawali ("we", "us"). By using the site or any tools you agree to these Terms.

1. About Nivaronix

Nivaronix is a solo‑founder SaaS project in a public‑beta stage. The platform currently offers a set of free, engineering‑focused tools that perform automated checks for SSL, DNS, IP, password strength, and basic security‑header configuration. The service is not yet a registered company and no paid subscriptions are available.

2. Pre‑launch / Beta Status

Because the product is in beta, features, availability, and performance may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Free‑Tools Usage

The free tools are provided for evaluation purposes only. They may be used to assess domains, IP addresses, or passwords that you own or have permission to test. Commercial resale or redistribution of the tool output is prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must have lawful authority to query any domain or IP address you submit.
• You agree not to use the service for any activity that violates applicable law or infringes third‑party rights.
• You shall not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the service, or engage in denial‑of‑service attacks.
• You are responsible for securing any data you retrieve from the tools.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the tools only for legitimate infrastructure monitoring and security assessment.
• Avoid automated bulk requests that could degrade service for others.
• Do not use the output to launch attacks against third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All source code, documentation, designs, and trademarks on nivaronix.com are the exclusive property of the founder. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the free tools for your own infrastructure assessments.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but make no guarantees. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to technical issues inherent in a beta environment.

8. Third‑Party Services

The free tools rely on external public APIs (e.g., DNS‑over‑HTTPS, ipinfo.io). Those providers may log requests and have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their practices.

9. Security Limitations

While we follow a security‑first development approach, the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Results are advisory and should be independently verified before making critical decisions.

10. Disclaimer

The free tools are provided without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error‑free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the free tools at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the service after revisions indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
